This is a horrible management company. Do not rent from them. I will say Evelyn is the only decent person to deal with in this property management company, however her coworker Erica Peoples is a nightmare to deal with. She’s condescending, aggressive and rude. In addition to being grossly negligent. She uses every underhanded trick any slumlord would to silence and intimidate her tenants. She is slow to fix even the most severe issues within rental units.
