Took a chance and stopped in at Ticos because I was having problems with the starter on a 95 GMC sierra. Right from the start, I could tell that Ticos was a very honest and reliable service shop for my vehicles. I'm still having some issues with the truck, but I know that they will take care of my issues. I've been in the area over 20 years and have been through most of the auto repair shops in town, no one do I trust my vehicles more with than Ticos.
I took my SUV to have brakes done awesome job, courteous and honest. The one report if she can't spell Tico right you were not there.
I took my Kia SUV to get a complete tuneup including oil filter and new oil, replace the timing belt, trans axle checked, transmission flushed and new fluid put in, I took it BACK two more times to have Rico fix the rough running engine! NEVER did make it right!!! My Kia Sorrento ran 99% better BEFORE I took it to Rico!!!

We've been going to Tico for several years now and will continue to take our vehicles to his shop. His expertise and knowledge have served my family well, as we are thankful there is someone in town who genuinely cares about his customers. He and his staff are always professional and straight forward - thanks Tico for all what you do!
I took my Rodeos to Tico for 10 years and I always got good service and I felt, fair prices. He was a pleasure to deal with and I never had any problems there. I have a new Honda now and as soon as the warranties go off, I will take it to him.
I have taken two vehicles to Tico for over 7 years and the service has been great. He's always honest and has never recommended anything that wasn't necessary. He's even advised me about my older cars when they're not worth fixing. I drive from South Reno to his garage just because of how much we trust him. Always great service.
I have been going to this shop for many many years, and i am always happy with this service, they go above and beyond for you, he is always honest and never offered me something I didn't need. I wouldn't go anywhere else, the owner is trustworthy and very friendly, I love their service and I would recommend them 100% :)
