NOT patient there
Lisa is helpful. I live in east Redmond and have a pending house in Sammamish. Somehow they insisted first that I need to go to west Seattle office at first (2 hours+ drive). If I use their Bellevue office, they will charge me like 90 dollars. Lisa in Bellevue office helped me to waive the charge finally.
Very hard to deal with. Did my refinance and they couldn’t get anything right. Racked up a bunch of extra fees because they couldn’t close it. We’re supposed to send a wire as part of my re finance and the other company says they haven’t received it! No receipt given and Brandy the manager won’t call back or give confirmation proof of the funds being sent. Very shady company!!!
I have never in my life left a negative review but this time it's different. I purchased an house with a lot of items to be cleared out and decided to use a holdback money clause in which Ticor Title would release the holdback money after I confirmed everything was cleared out. After closing I was disapointed to hear that my escrow officer had accidently released the whole holdback money - she did not even contact me or give me an apology...
