Professionally very poor, not able to resolve a simple issue which was caused by one of the Escrow Closer due to their communication issue. No customer empathy and not willing to close the open issue after consistent follow-ups. Stay away and use other closing companies in the area.

Lisa is helpful. I live in east Redmond and have a pending house in Sammamish. Somehow they insisted first that I need to go to west Seattle office at first (2 hours+ drive). If I use their Bellevue office, they will charge me like 90 dollars. Lisa in Bellevue office helped me to waive the charge finally.
Very hard to deal with. Did my refinance and they couldn’t get anything right. Racked up a bunch of extra fees because they couldn’t close it. We’re supposed to send a wire as part of my re finance and the other company says they haven’t received it! No receipt given and Brandy the manager won’t call back or give confirmation proof of the funds being sent. Very shady company!!!
