We were very disappointed in this place. Their behavior was very unprofessional. They did however give us back our application fee money which was due back since our application wasn't even considered.
Renting with TICO Reality Group and Gorgette Willis the past 4 years was unbelievable. There were very few issues that came up and when they did Georgette and her team were quick to act. The house became a home and her company were beyond helpful in making that happen. You won't find a better property management company in Las Vegas.
Miss Georgette is the absolute best. I was able to move into a condo stress free. She is always so kind and courteous and her staff is amazing! Tico Realty is prompt, professional and right on time. It’s nice to deal with a company so efficient with a manager (Georgette) that has one of the most beautifulist honest souls! 3 years now and Tico Realty has always taken care of me and any issues!! Thank you Georgette and Tico Realty!
Helped us get our first apartment! I have been renting from Georgette and her team for over 2 years now and have had a great experience. Their team is always on top of service requests and making sure we have everything we need. A great team and great property manager!!
