Tic auto sales has been the worst Car sales.deal We ever went; The customer is Not priority 😒! ** 2/3 STARS** I got a great car for a great price but when I drove it off the lot all kinds of problems occurred. I messaged them and they agreed to fix them which I am grateful for. My car runs great now. My only problem is it took FIVE months for them to send me my receipts proving that they fixed my car!! I could never get in touch with them or they would say they’d send it and never would and just ignore me! It was ridiculous!! And it took forever to get my tag! Found a infiniti fx on CARFAX. Tico auto sales was the dealership that had the car. I called to ask for more information. They were more than willing to let me know everything I needed to know. Once I arrived I asked to take it to Roswell infiniti because my previous car was a infiniti and always took it to be serviced at Roswell. They would work with you on a price but when it come to fixing it or getting your tag & title they will bullshit you till the end. I had to take the car back to them 3 different times after they told me it was fixed the first time. Now I have to ride around with a expired temp tag cause they have yet to send my paperwork after he told me he did a month ago.
Adrian and his wife were amazing. They took care of my son and I during our purchase and my son loves his new car.
