Over the last few years I have bought (and occasionally sold) tickets over 20 times with Tickets for Less and every transaction has been seamless. Tickets are either emailed timely or available for pick up when promised. Even when I've had special requests - like a recent ticket "swap" I requested to avoid a scheduling conflict - they responded with first class customer service with not one word about add'l fees. Was promised tickets 10 days ago, still not in. Now I won't get them until after Christmas, which kind of blows the Christmas gift plan. Now have to wait until Tuesday to even begin to hope they will be reissued and in by game time which is New Years Eve. Pretty much expecting New Years Eve will be a wash too. Very disappointed.
