This place is the real deal. I like that I know the exact price I’m paying when I shop for tickets on their app. They even offer great deals periodically. Aside from their stellar ticket deals, their customer service is second to none. I had an issue getting my tickets transferred the night before a huge game, and I reached out kind of in a panic and their customer service helped me even though it was 10:30pm at night where I am. I like how the price you see for tix is the price you will pay. No hidden fees or other charges associated with other garbage ticket sites. My wife and I went to the VIP tent last year and although I’m an avid tailgate in the parking lot fan, we enjoyed ourselves!!

No, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all, I went to order tickets and on the first page I was on , it said ticket for $70 and I order it, but instead it was for parking pass, why would you put that on your site the first thing, I have order tickets from other places and st.louis too and they didn’t trick you on getting ticket to park in garage the customer service is worst thing in Kansas City, buyer beware
I usually have no issues with this company. However, I bought 4 tickets for the chiefs AFC game through one of their specials ($150/ticket for upper level). I made the purchase and the day before the game (today) I get a call saying they were out of those tickets and the website made a mistake. They offered me nothing!! Now all the decent priced tickets sold out and I can no longer attend the game. Customer Service did nothing to help me. They offered me 5% off any remaining tickets which were $270 and up.
