Ticketleap are charging a credit card fee when paying by debit card. Debit cards fees are flat rates (21c according to Google) whereas credit card fees are often a percentage of cost. This is not mentioned on their website and the higher credit card fee is applied to the ticket price. This is not transparent.
Do not under any circumstances purchase tickets from the company. I purchased tickets to a football game and they sent them an hour after the game had ended. I called 3x prior to my event and all they could tell me was to wait even though I insisted that the game was about to begin. Horrible experience, horrible service!!!
Never sent my tickets, had to get refund through my credit card company.
If you're an event host, I recommend not using them as a ticketing platform. It's been 7 months and I haven't been able to cash my check as by the time it arrives, it has gone out of date.
