My son bought a car back in June 2011.. They car had a noise in the steering wheel and the Spanish guy who sold us the car said it was checked out and fine. So my son bought the 2001 Chevy impala. Before 30 days was up the chech engine light came on and he took it back to dealer they said it was a misfire a supposedly fixed it. Don't listen to the nay sayers! My sister and I just financed a very nice 2003 Hyundai Elantra with only 80,000 miles on it from Ticket To Ride. Their sales team worked very well with us to put us in a car that is affordable. The interest rate is high, but that comes with the territory of purchasing a car with bad/unestablished credit. I went to TTR after being denied a loan from another dealership because of my student loans and am SO HAPPY I could drive home with a car the same day. Terrible place. Have had car for only 6 mos. already motor had to be replaced and now more issues. Do nothing in the way of helping you find alternate transportation, they have had my car a total of 2 weeks just doing repairs. Interest rate is astronomically high and is abusive to those w/ poor credit. Would NEVER recommend to anyone. Management are rude, manipulative, money grubbing, soulless leeches!!
The people at this company truly are here to help. I had two problems with my vehicle and in both instances the sales manager helped take care of my concerns. I would suggest anyone that truly has bad credit to give them a chance and they may be able to help you. I'm 2 years into my loan and have already seen an expediated growth in my credit score which I am overly thankful for!! CHECK THEM OUT!!!!
I went to ticket to ride to see about getting a new car cause I had no credit.yet. Let me tell you the sales and service dept have my up most respect. They got me into a wonderful used car with no problem. When I needed my oil pan replaced and had no way of getting to work ticket to ride went out of there way to make sure I got to work. I recently paid off a car I got there. I bought a 2001 Chevy cavalier. it wasn't the vehicle I had in mind when I bought it, but after the salesman told me about how there program worked I decided to give it a shot. Previous to going there I went to a couple other dealerships they told me I needed a cobyer because my credit score was a 510. I just traded the Cavalier in at Jones Honda for a 2009 Honda civic. This place is horrible. Cars are over priced junk! The owner there her name is Beth had a such a attitude after my car died after 2 days tell me it's not her problem and would not even honor warranty! They she stated I don't like it sue her. I already gave them over $2,000 of my tax money and now I got a car that don't work! I drove it 7 miles! Sells junk $2,500 cars for $11,000. Save your cash or buy somewhere else.
This company use to be JD BYRIDER AND THE SAME PEOPLE OWN IT AND RUN IT JUST UNDER ANOTHER NAME NOW. Well where do I start, 1st thing is the only reason you buy a car here is if you have bad credit....right?... Lots of better ways to build your credit then deal with these guys. I want to let people know that there is a place where you can go and get a good car that fits your budget and get your credit back! I was treated with respect and compassion! The bank is right in the store, the loan officer comes out to talk with you about your finances to help make sure you don't get in over your head. No one else has ever done that. I was told "no" by three other dealerships, or i had to come up with 3000.00! I was approved in under an hour and drove home in my 2002 Chrysler Sebring Convertible.
