DO NOT use this firm, especially for a speeding ticket. This firm represented to me that they could get my speeding ticket reduced to a parking violation with no traffic school or points on my driving record. Been using this place for awhile but today I call an the lady that answered the phone was very rude with me an acted like she couldn't help me out very short tempered must be a new phone secretary. Won't be using this place anymore.
