No problems with getting tickets online for a concert. Will use again.
Tickets were printed wrong ... Unfortunately I missed carefully checking it. Worked with customer service and after explaining what happened they handled the situation and was very satisfied with the outcome. Exceptional service is not what happens when things go right - but what happens when things go wrong. Based on their customer service, I would whole heartedly use TA again!
Ticket Alternative is an incredible ticket provider; not only is it VERY easy to purchase tickets, but if there is any problem at all then their call center is willing and able to help ASAP! I can only hope they are able to become ticket providers for more and more venues in the Atlanta area! Well done guys!
Our venue chose Ticket Alternative to be our ticket service provider in 2012. We have been incredibly pleased the entire time. Their service is incredible! The staff is helpful, and they tackle any issues we have immediately. We wouldn't even consider using another provider.
