We paid approximately $4,500 to participate in a specific 2026 Hamptons event through Ticket2Events. The event was later canceled by their team due to “unforeseen circumstances" 1 week before the event despite the things we purchased and arrangements we planned to attend this event. After the cancellation, I followed up regarding a refund and was told in writing to “allow up to 45 business days for any eligible refunds.” Based on that communication, I waited for the refund process. My daughter's Bat Mitzvah was perfect and mostly due to Sean and Brian! They are the utmost professionals, so competent, creative and easy to work with! I received so many complements on all the decor and they made the whole evening run so smoothly. I would highly recommend them to anyone having an event and I will definitely be using them again.

Sean and Brian at Ticket2Events are the dream team, I have attended a number of their events including a beach club wedding. Their planning and execution on the day is flawless with innovative and fabulous ideas. These guys work hard for their clients and deserve 5 stars.
