Im VERY happy! Don the Job Foreman and Al did a great job.Very friendly and efficient with the Insulationj work. They also did a great job making sure everything was cleaned up. Nick the Salesman did a wonderful job of follow up and figuring out how to do this job.
After having a new roof put on a few years ago we had major water damage around our chimney because of ice dams etc. The original roofing company gave us a run around and claimed to have fixed it but of course it leaked again. After much research and a recommendation from a fellow worker we called Tichenors roofing to look at it They gave us a quote and a contract that stated they would fix the problem but the next winter the same thing happened.
