Very rude especially towards caregivers. READ HER REVIEWS ON YELP. I gave her a one star review before but I ended up removing it. I gave her the benefit of the doubt because my client always talks about the story of how they came to America. One instance, she was so rude when I talked to her on the phone. Did the quick and easy cut so that he wouldn't have to work too hard. Not what I wanted, I asked for a trim on the sides, he just hacked it all off. Way shorter than what I asked for. I specifically said "not too short, just shape it a little bit" He just took the clippers and did what was easy for him. Ruined my hair for the next three months. I'll never come back.
