Rotten. Waiting over 2 weeks for service in this heat to fix our heat pump. It’s high 80s in our home mid afternoon and we have a sick relative. We even have a warranty with them on this new Trane Heat pump and air handler.
Had no heat on my. home on a weekend. Called Tica up and they found a bad motor for the blower in the furnace. Had it replaced. After the motor was replaced the heat kicked on but the house couldn't keep temperature. Called them back out on the next weekend. A different service tech came out, and found that the the blower housing where the motor had previously been changed was in need of cleaning. It had debris on it from over time. I hate to give bad reviews BUT I am at my last end with this company. When I purchased my home a couple of years ago the owners had just put in a new furnace and fan. Every winter and every spring I have had to call this company out to fix it. But the problem is they don't actually fix it. They tell me it's a leak but can't find it. They charge me $200 to not fix the problem . And say call them out in a few months maybe the leak will be bigger. Omg I am so over this company. This time is the last for me.
