Food was too salty. The blackened salmon was soaked in lemon and that was all you could taste was the lemon.
I held my 30th birthday dinner at The Tic Room and the food and service was horrible. It took an hour for my dinner party of 15 to receive salads, and over two hours before we received our food. Once our entrees arrived, half of the party’s food was cold and the other half of the party’s food was too salty. I had several guests leave without having anything to eat, which really upset me. I went there to celebrate a friend's birthday. It took well over an hour to receive food which was not hot and was very salty. Food and service definitely not worth the $$.

I went with a group for a friend's birthday dinner. the service was horrible as was the food. It took forever (over an hr) for us to get our food. The waitress kept lying that our food was 10 mins away from being on the table. 10mins turned into 30mins and so on..... I ordered a Ribeye steak that was extremely overcooked (ordered it medium well) and the mashed potatoes were too salty. Service was not good. Sent food back due to waiting an extremely long time.

I had reservations for my birthday with some friends and when we arrived Tic Toc was closed with NO explanation! As we were standing around dumbfounded, another party of 10 showed up, with reservations, and were also at a total loss as to what to do!

I am terribly sorry for your inconvenience. Tic Toc Room had to unexpectedly close to repair some plumbing issues. I hope you come and join us again.
Prices have gone up and quality has gone done. Never again!

I am terribly sorry you did not enjoy your visit. With #thenewtictocroom new menu it is true there was an increase in the prices. We did increase the quality of the food and offer a choice of salad which was not offered previously. Again I am so sorry you did not enjoy your visit. I did message you privately to discuss. I hope you will give us another chance.
