This use to be one of my favorite restaurants while in Macon. Went on yesterday for the delicious bisque and crab cakes to find they completely changed the menu which the website did not reflect. Ordered the lobster bisque and it tasted like the chef poured salt in the soup. The server was nice but not attentive. She never came to refill our water during our 2 hr visit. That drink took 30 minutes to make, (we were sitting AT the bar so could see all going on) and do I need to say anything about the bread served with the mussels? Please ask the bartender to make drinks and not give lectures about every liquor behind the bar. People just want their drinks and food, not her essay on everything she touches. Thanks for a mediocre meal, bad service and a ridiculously high tab. We had an amazing experience! It was romantic, the staff was so friendly and the food was delicious! The dip was super creamy and the Caesar salad was so unique and delicious! The steaks were perfect and the atmosphere is the best! Loved it!
