Overpriced and don’t keep appointments
What a breath of fresh air! Booking my appointment online was user friendly. The owner Lanira is wonderful! She contacted in advance of my appointment to make sure that I booked my services correctly and to ask if I had any questions. The day of my appointment, Beunka was my stylist. Beunka was welcoming, friendly, professional, and communicated with me throughout the entire process which I really appreciated. Hands down 10/10 experience. I looked like a million bucks and felt like I was treated as such🤩
My most recent experience at Tic Tac Toe Hair Lounge was nothing short of exceptional. An appointment error on my end which almost cancelled my birthday plans was so graciously turned around by Sydney, Lala and Amber who all did their very best to accommodate me and made it possible for me to celebrate fabulously with a beautifully coiffed crown.
