We use to do all our automotive repair business with Russel's, but after our last repair, we will NEVER go back. We found their mechanic dishonest, and not knowledgeable in his trade. He put on wrong parts and then accused us of having someone else work on it. We were charged $85.00 for a serpentine belt from Napa. I thought it was high. So I went to Napa. I was on my last trip of moving to Arizona from Calif. Pulling a u haul trailer with my 32ft RV. I broke down on I-40 and had to be towed back to Kingman. I was referred to Russell’s and towed there just as they were closing. Russ allowed myself and my dog to sleep in my RV on site and even arranged for a power supply. AJ went Out of his Way to make sure we not only got an early morning appt., but also did extra research to find the part number for the new front shocks we knew we'd need. Then expressed ordered them to Arrive today, so we could get in & go once replaced. Everyone was courteous, friendly & welcomed our dog & even gave us a great suggestion for local place for a meal while we waited for parts to arrive. Wish them Much Success in their business!
