Phone service. More than 1 hr and 20 minutes on hold, to be asked to hold and then to get hung up on! I didn't get a call back, and I tried calling again, I'm the 16th person in line on the phone! What a waste of time! Horrible service. Second time that has happened to me.
They have their own lab for blood tests much convenient than going somewhere else
