Not sure what has happened with Tibor reels, their customer service used to be excellent, but it's very poor now. They are very slow to respond to emails, I had to pay for the shipping of a part that was covered by warranty (a recent change), and even though I sent them all the info they sent me the wrong part... Almost 7 weeks to resolve an issue that could have been resolved in 10 days max...

Emma (receptionist/customer service/Tedstuff) is such an amazing addition to the Tibor team. She has assisted me twice in the past year and I cannot say enough great things about her. She is positive, friendly, knowledgeable about the products, and goes out of her way to assist you. What a great person to handle the calls/inquiries of customers.
