Not sure what has happened with Tibor reels, their customer service used to be excellent, but it's very poor now. They are very slow to respond to emails, I had to pay for the shipping of a part that was covered by warranty (a recent change), and even though I sent them all the info they sent me the wrong part... Almost 7 weeks to resolve an issue that could have been resolved in 10 days max...
