The people at the counter don't know their products and can't find them on the computer. very frustrating. you could spend 30 minutes there buying a 2x4. It's very common to see their trucks going down the road with a couple items on them. Very inefficient. Its says a lot about the lack of management. I stopped buying from them because of one sales guy.
Ordered doors almost 4 months ago still missing 4 with no real answers. The Lehigh office is so disorganized. Tried to call corp during business hours but says I’ve reached them after hours. I’m gonna say based on that and the other reviews this whole company is a train wreck!! Don’t do business with them go elsewhere!!!! You’ll thank me
One star is too much. This company is so unreliable. They don’t do anything they say they are going to do. Nobody has a clue what the other is doing. Communication is horrible. Very disappointed.
