This is one of the most frustrating property management companies I have encountered. If you are thinking about signing a lease for a property managed by Tiarna, I highly recommend you reconsider. They frequently make unreasonable demands on tenants, such as requiring constant cleaning, HVAC service contracts, door service agreements, maintenance for levelers and skylights, and monthly inspections of your office and warehouse.
