From the time I entered the door I was greeted with SMILES and I felt the warmth from the lady at the front desk. Dr Hall's nurse greeted me with a SMILE and warmth as well. OMG when Dr Hall enter the room her PRESENCE just lit up the room and I literally thought I was outside. She made me feel like I was IMPORTANT and wasn't in a hurry to get to her next patient. I am giving this place a 1 star because of the experience I had. I never had the opportunity to see Dr. Hall. I was suppose to be a new patient. I had never been to that location, nor was I familiar with the area. Needless to say I got lost. When I finally reached the building, I called the office to let them know that I had arrived and needed to know where to come in. Great doctor … she really cares about you and puts you first
I had such a wonderful experience at my appointment today. The doctor was absolutely amazing—she truly listened, took her time with me, and made sure all my concerns were addressed. I felt very cared for and in great hands. On top of that, every member of the staff was so friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit even better. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent care
My visit with Dr. Hall was fantastic. She is for sure a people person; a great listener, kind, understanding, compassionate. Dr. Hall possesses all of the attributes I appreciate in a doctor.
