Absolutely professional but personable. Very understanding and guided in helping in progress.
Dr. Leonard is an amazing psychiatrist. She has thoroughly listened to me and connected with me during each of my visits we have had. Very personable and attentive. I have repeatedly been misdiagnosed previously and Dr. Leonard found what worked for me within 2 visits with her. She is a major blessing in my life and without her my life would still be spiraling. Unprofessional, hands out misdiagnosis, refuses to correct errors even when proven wrong and when those errors disrupt and impede medical care for other conditions. Reporting her to the IPHD and Nursing board for malpractice, and breach of confidentiality for conversing with me on speaker with someone else listening, without my consent. I would seek a 2nd opinion on any diagnosis this woman gave you, it's probably false. Consistent, cautious, caring provider. Tiana has been for my family member with special needs for over 2 years. She has gone above and beyond to make accommodations for their comfort levels in and out of the office visits. And we greatly appreciate it. The conversations we’ve had about our loved ones medical and mental needs have been met with a compassionate and professional services.
Save your feelings, time, and money on someone who cares. Made me feel like she didnt listen to me as a patient for my concerns and told to seek help elsewhere even though my problem is psychiatric. Her staff is just as terrible.
