I can not even begin to express how much we LOVED working with Tia. Before working with her we were with another agent for three months without finding "our house". In less than a month Tia had found our dream house. She really cares about finding what you want and gives you honest input about the market and expectations. There were times when I would call her at night and she would turn around and have a document ready for me that same night - she goes above and beyond! Amazing does not even begin to describe Tia!

Tia is fantastic. We have worked with Tia for 2 home purchases and will definitely use her services again. She makes home buying so much easier. She did not waste time getting us appointments for homes we wanted to see and we were usually looking at them the same day or the next day which is great for this market area, where homes can get bought up fast. Tia was great with helping me find my first home! My work schedule only allowed me certain times to view homes but this was not a problem with Tia. She was very flexible and patient during the search for my home. She was always willing to answer any questions I had and took time to explain things even if she had to do it more than once. Ha-ha. I highly recommend Tia to help you find a great home that is perfect for you. She's the best!

My experience with Tia Stanley started at a builders office. We were looking over plans to build our future house and Tia was present in the office that day. We spoke briefly about what she did as far as the listing and selling process of our existing home. She was very outgoing and charismatic with her approach to home buying and selling.
