I was so happy to find a nail salon so close to home since I don’t drive. Tia’s Nails is an oasis for me even though I really don’t have a hectic life - the fountain & music are so relaxing The staff is great - competent - friendly and can can give you great advice if you have trouble deciding what you want Tia’s Nails is the absolute BEST
I had a very disappointing experience due to the unprofessional behavior of both the employees and the owner/manager. When requesting a service, customers should be able to trust that their instructions will be followed. I specifically asked for my eyebrows to be cleaned up using wax; however, they were instead shaped into thin, arched brows using a razor, which was not what I requested.
