I called to play a take out order, I was placed on hold, no big deal. I was on hold for over 10 minutes so I hung up and called back. The lady answered the phone and tells me to hold for a quick moment. When I said ok well I’ve been on hold for the last 10 minutes, will it be faster if I just come up there and order. She replied, no I have tables and you’re making them wait. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Very disappointing.
