I just got done leaving this place after waiting 15 minutes in line to order my food and another 15 minutes to get my 1 tostada that should not have taken that long to cook. I saw the food runner who knew my order number bring food to a table that had ordered after me and still had not brought my order. It had to take me getting up and going to the register to complain so the owner could just give me a refund and still no food but a “sorry about that, have a good day”.
