While I’m sure Dr Pham is a good dr for most people she didn’t support my needs. I came in and told her of my issues and she only met with me for a few minutes and just told me to go back to physical therapy. Well, I’m not opposed to physical therapy and I actually really enjoyed it. I do feel that my symptoms are severe enough to warrant some medication to get these symptoms under control so that way I can gain control of my life. Such a disappointing experience with this doctor. We drove more than 20 miles in traffic immediately after confirming our appointment twice on the phone. I completed the long questionnaire and uploaded everything on the portal and echecked in. Still I had to wait in the line once I reached the hospital. Checkin process was so slow. After patiently waiting for my turn I was told that doctor won't see me because I booked the appointment on same day. Its not a feedback its a complaint!! look at their flaky response, least bothered to even understand why it happened and why doctor wont see new patients!!. Worst doctor ever!!! She confirmed our appointment. Made us fill all the paperwork when we visited the doctor by driving 20 miles. She shamelessly send us back saying she won't accept new patients for months. Didn't even bother to be sorry. Most arrogant doctor have ever met. Poor communication and worst manners . Unfit to a doctor as per my opinion
She is very good I am very fortunate to have Her as my doctor
