Nice, and clean place. The staff is great.
Can I leave a O star?!? I attempted to schedule a new patient appointment and they asked for me to send over my imaging scans and diagnosis!!! Huh?? Why would I be going to the Endocrinologist for if I had this already?? The receptionist had an attitude which is red flag for me, I’ll choose another clinic to give my money to.
Impossible to contact. When they do, rude and hang up immediately.
They not really trying to see patients they want you to do all the legwork and they not do anything. Why do I need to get permission when I have a PPO?
