Ordered flowers for a birthday. The delivery company they hired left them outside a building and it was stolen. They said it's outside of their control and offered me a discount on my next order. How can you ruin a birthday then expect me to order again? I'm actually absolutely shocked.

We used Kwan and Team for our wedding flowers and candles and could not have been more pleased! They were responsive and thorough and completely brought our vision to life. We got flowers for our wedding from Thyme Studio & so many of our guests complimented us on the arrangements. They were a mix of dry and fresh flowers & the colors fit perfectly with our rustic theme. We bought small vases from Thyme Studio before, though their wedding items were even more WOW. Our guests were very happy to take home the bud vases at the end of the night. I'm glad we had these very beautiful flowers for this very beautiful day!

My adult children (and their partners) gifted me this lovely bouquet from Thyme Studio, for Mother's Day. Love the bright colours and beautiful flowers. And I loved the brown paper wrapping! All good, as far as I am concerned.
