I took delivery of my brand new vessel today. Good news stories need to be shared. If there more than 5 stars i would definitely clicking that. Laura nd her family run business are second to none. What's worst than a fuel gauge always saying empty one that always saying full, they didn't even check that is was working properly after they tried to fix it.
What a fantastic business. I recently purchased a bowrider in Port Macquarie with the Volvo Penta 5L V8 inboard engine. The boat had a few issues that I planned to resolve over time. As there wasn't a Volvo Penta dealer in Port Macquarie, I contacted Thwaites marine. Jill was extremely pleasant & accommodating when scheduling my first service. Ben and the team went over and above to get our Christmas holidays back out on the water, Ben was awesome to deal with and nothing was to hard. Definitely worthwhile driving the 2.5hrs back when needed or a service for Ben to work on our boat (volvo penta)
