I really like Dr. Bui; he is a 'straight to the matter' kind of doctor. He is extremely busy, but he is listening to you (this may contribute to the issue below). However, the length of time you have to wait to see him (often 2 hours), even with an appointment, is unacceptable. In addition, the staff seems to be oblivious to the inconvenience and burden this puts on patients. And, there have been several times that I left a message for the nurse and never received a return call. Unacceptable.
This Man has helped me in my overall wellness. I love the way he interacts. He is a very good Man and his staff is very much on point. They Care!
