I have been a licensed attorney in Georgia since 1979. I associated Chip as Co-Counsel in a dental malpractice case. He was great to work with and our client was very happy. I also know that many defense attorneys have great respect for him.

Mr. Thurston has been totally unprofessional to me. Letting the statue of limitation expire, refusing to return my calls. Now, I am having problems getting my paper work back from his office after many calls, leaving messages on his voicemail and with the staff in his office. A huge disappointment. I am reporting him to the BAR. I had to pick a star in order to post this but he doesn't deserve (1) star.

It looks like everyone is having the same problem. I called the day my daughter was having surgery and spoke to Angela she took all my information down and then I even followed up the next day. She said they could take my case and that the lawyer would contact me. A full week went by and I called and left a voicemail to check on the status. She ends up calling me and leaving a message saying that the lawyer cannot take my case. If he couldn’t take my case him as the lawyer should have called and followed up with me. I emailed Angela all of my information. She said she personally put my information on the attorneys desk and I should receive a call within a couple of days because the information is on his desk, but I never received a reply from the attorney. I am still waiting to hear from the attorney.
