Thurston's was able to fit in an full service and inspection of our Lennox unit very close to last minute. The tech was very courteous, showing me all the issues that showed up in the service and inspection, explaining the function of each part needing to be replaced. Their front office was very accommodating in providing an email of the billing and service statement within 24 hours after performing the service to enable us to close on the sale of our home in a timely fashion.
