Very poor communication. When I made an appointment for my husband and I, I was not made aware that my appointment would be rescheduled if we had been out of state in the last 14 days. I understand that there are different guidelines due to covid, but this was not communicated when the appointment was made.
RecommendedI had an issue that had been causing me pain secondary to a surgery several weeks earlier. The surgeon said my dentist should be able to help. Well my regular dentist couldn't get me in for 4 days (I was and had been in a lot of pain) and they said they didn't think he could help anyhow. I called Thurston Family Dental. They got me in that day and Dr. Fedak was able to do the procedure at that appointment. The surgical pain was nothing compared to what I had been dealing with. I appreciate everyone there. They are amazing, kind and always efficient! Dr. Fedak has a great chair-side manor and is always fair, friendly and understanding.
I have a severe phobia and intense anxiety that I can not control in regards to visits to the dentist...... However, the team at Thurston Family dental is amazing and help easy my anxiety. Fast, gental and compassionate care given every time I build up the willpower to make it in.
I wouldn't trust my teeth to anyone else, you guys are amazing!!
