Love Love Love Thurber Jewelers I love this store. I'm only sorry that I moved to Texas. Eric has always stood behind his merchandise. I have always had nothing but the best in service and merchandise!!!! I have purchased numerous items from Thurber Jewelers and will continue to do so even from down here. Great Customer Service! The employees at Thurber Jewelers were great. They made sure I found exactly what I wanted and were very respectful of my budget. They gave me a deal so that we both left happy.
Jewelry I have always had good luck at Thurber Jewelers. They are very good with customer service, however, they don't have any guarantees. Another down side is their prices are a little high, but you do get a good product.
Thurber Jewelers This jewelery store is okay the service is pretty good. The thing I don't like about it is the fact they do not gaurantee their jewelery. If something breaks or is loose they charge you money to get it fixed and they have to send it away and it takes weeks to get it back!
Thurbers Sucks!! Thurber jewelers ruined my wedding band!! I had it sized they gave it back to be as two seperate bands instead of a single two tone plat. and gold one I gave them. They were rude and didnt think they did anything wrong. It took another week and a half for them to have it put back together. When I got it back it looked like hell and was snug. I think they took it down more to get the plat. to fit on the gold. I still had to pay them $100 of the $140 charge to get it back. I wanted to talk to the owner and req... read more
