They don't fix anything that needs to be fixed they had me living in a 3 bedroom house had a main water line busted in Oct of 2019 I got stuck paying a $600.00 water bill me and my son who's in a wheelchair and my granddaughter were without water for 2 days plus living with 3 big holes on the floor that were about 3 feet deep I had hire someone to fill up the floor hole's wreckage just moved out this in August still with the holes then Melissa had my car towed that was in the driveway saying she had it towed that it was park... read more

Arlene, I guess this post means you got your copy of the court judgements against you. The car was towed from the property, because it was inoperable with flat tires, had been noted in multiple postings to you as a lease violation. We have you 3 months to move out or fix it and finally towed it away after a final notice. Melissa, owner at Thunderbird Property Management, took over the home we have rented for a year. We had a less than favorable experience with the previous property management company, so when Melissa took over and asked us out to meet us, we were immediately impressed. Melissa and her contractors are incredibly personable, professional, and really care about their tenants and property owners. We are unfortunately moving to another state, however, if we could, we would take Melissa with us!
