Oh my what an incredible company. We have had so many issues with our Reno from various trades, & some were pretty good but Thunderbird was AMAZING. Not only were they always on time, they finished many things ahead of schedule & recommended better alternatives than what our plans stated that SAVED us money & time. & our son commented to Cole that he liked his shirt & the next day he showed up with a shirt for him. He wears it all the time. Great company & people, HIGHLY recommend
Cole from Thunderbird plumbing was amazing. Professional, friendly and very efficient. He had some good recommendations to avoid the issue we were experiencing in the future. He was very informative about what and showed a video of his process to fix the issue. I would highly recommend Thunderbird plumbing and really appreciated the tracking app to know when the technician was going to show up

We had an amazing experience with Thunderbird Plumbing! Over the weekend, we experienced a sewer line issue at the four-story supportive housing site where I work. The vents in several bathrooms began emitting a strong, unpleasant odour, clearly indicating something was wrong. Shaun, the operations manager, came by on a Saturday and was fantastic, he responded quickly, assessed the situation thoroughly, and resolved the issue promptly.
