This company is top tier. We had a full house Poly B re pipe, hot water tank, and a new ensuite shower and main bath installation. From the office staff to the plumbers, carpenter, dry wallers and painters the quality of work was excellent. Value for work performed and pricing was spot on. All staff are polite, patient, knowledgeable and professional, and no question or concern was too insignificant. Hands down the best plumbing company we’ve ever dealt with! Superior service from start to finish and the work (poly-b removal and replacement) was started on time and completed ahead of schedule. The entire team is incredibly responsive. I can’t say enough good things about Thunderbird. They are our plumbers from now on, period.
I've had great experiences (on several occasions) with Thunderbird plumbing. In particular, I've got to give a shout out to Cole Williams, one of their plumbers, who's been an absolute rockstar! Specifically: I am a small business owner--and our business has had tons of problems with the plumbing at one of our offices, ever since we moved in. Highly recommend this company! I had called around a few places to help me locate the main water shut-off in the old house I have recently purchased. Thunderbird were able to attend to the job more quickly than others. Technician Max turned out to be an excellent detective and problem solver. Speedy, efficient, pleasant and personable. He completed a lot of different jobs for me at a very reasonable rate. Will definitely use Thunderbird again :)
