My mom passed away this morning. I just want to thank all of the staff for being so compassionate and caring
This was the best place to lay my grandma to rest. It was so peaceful and way better than any hospital. They kept us informed on everything and gave us notice when it was almost time. They washed her up and brushed her hair and put this beautiful top on her. She looked at peaceful. The nurse even held her hand til the end. I am extremely grateful for everything and taking care of my grandma. I can't thank you guys enough. "Kiss kiss" as my grandma would always say.
I went back and forth about leaving this review but decided that it might help others. My loved one was in this facility and the staff was very mixed. Perla the night nurse was awful. Her bedside manner was absolutely terrible and she did not address our concerns and lacked compassion. If you your loved one is here please have someone stay with them at night.
My wife passed on June 23. Now the dust has settled, funeral was wonderful with lots of cards and flowers and the thank you notes have been sent. In mid-June, a very bad nite caused me to call our hospice nurse for help. After explaining the situation, she said, let me make a few phone calls and I’ll get right back to you.
