Pretty horrible customer service. My daughter tried to check in on Saturday night with a confirmed Priceline booking, but the front desk woman just yelled at her that they don't deal with Priceline and that she was the 5th person to come in with a Priceline confirmation that day. And she did not offer to help find another room despite the time of night. Luckily we got one a the Campus Inn, and they were delightful. We visit Missoula a few times each year (from Minnesota) and will spread the word about this situation.
I was there for a year. Thelma is great and nice rooms. Miss you Thelma
