RecommendedWe love the ThunderBird. Going to stay May 22 for the Celtic Woman Concert at UM. Just a walk across the bridge.
RecommendedWe had a great experience at the Thunderbird Motel. The staff was super friendly. We were without a credit card and they allowed us to do a cash deposit, the pool was really fun (and had a disco ball), and it is as close as you can get to Campus and The M Trail. You can feel the sacred energy, being right at Hellgate Canyon.
I called at 9am today. I have 2 reservations. Both are paid for. I called to confirm. The lady can not find my reservation. She told me she would call me back. It is now 4:45, I have called back twice. She tells me she is too busy to help me and will call me back. My reservations are in 2 days. Someone needs to get this issue fixed, or find me 2 rooms at another hotel.

It was just fine, very friendly, and they gave my daughter some great advise on maintaining her old car. Everything you need in a motel at a good price!
