Linda was most helpful and a pleasure to work with. She has excellent customer service skills and very prompt. Even with technical difficulties she still made the experience positive and worry free. The entire facility was very clean and quiet.
I have had nothing but problems since the day I signed a lease with them, They’re online quote was wrong. My gate key was crossed with another account. My payment information was crossed with another account. Then there was a problem with an online document. It’s just been one headache after another. The only positive thing is they only raise your rate once a year downfall is if you move out early, they don’t prorate your move out. You lose your money. I recommend this company to anybody know
