Years ago, I saw every doctor they referred, followed every treatment, took all the prescriptions and suffered deeply while my health declined. I'm much better now. But, doctors don't treat stress, anxiety, or over-working. So take care of yourself before throwing money at these people.
What a horrible place, I don't mean the doctors either. I made my copay then 3 months later they send me a bill for ten dollars, I brought my receipt in to show that I paid it didn't matter, I had to pay again. So unless you like paying co-pays more than once for the same dr.s visit . Bad business practices
I would give negative stars if it would let me. Unfortunately, this once wonderful office has gone downhill fast since merging with Village Medical. They tell you to use the patient portal to communicate but it appears they don't look at it. Been waiting a month for a response to a billing issue. Prior to that, I had an issue that took them three months to rectify. Be warned they like to code incorrectly which results in a ridiculously high bill! I am angry. Angry that Thunderbird Internal Medicine - aka Village Medical - has kept my credit card on file, and has arbitrarily billed my credit card… despite my payment made at my physician’s office. The doctor’s office showed an outstanding balance of $200. The TIM emailed three separate notifications, and billed my credit card $150. NO BILL WAS RECEIVED THROUGH THE MAIL TO SHOW THE PROPER CHARGES AND THE AMOUNT DUE. So beware if you do business with this healthcare provider. I have been a patient here since I moved to Phoenix 6 years ago. I have watched this place go through many changes, and none for the better. Today's experience was by far the worst experience ever. The lady on the phone is supposed to represent a medical facility. When I have to repeat and spell the name of the medication multiple times for her, I think you have a problem.
