If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We purchased a large food grinder after being told that it would work perfectly for our use - grinding beans and veggies. The machine is made up of three integral components - a mixing basin, the grinder attachment, and a connecting neck that connects the mixing basin to the grinder attachment. However, in order for the connecting neck to attach the basin and grinder to each other it is necessary for the grinder attachment to align with the basin. Warranty or tech support non existent. Always ask to send a video and then tells you it’s not being used properly. Not to mention the warranty only covers problems if it’s not working upon delivery. Read the below statement from Thunderbird. Even thought it says 6 months parts and labor warranty in the warranty statement. The standard warranty is only covered for factory defects, not working upon arrival , or if the machine arrived damaged.

We are an equipment dealer for hundreds of Manufacturers. Thunderbird has caused us issues from the start of our relationship with them. A few years ago, My.Lin ( owner of thunderbird) contacted us to request our help with a lawsuit he was facing. A unit we ordered for a customer ( as the dealer) stopped working. It was faulty and needed to be replaced or refunded. Mr.Lin advised he had no additional unit to replace it with and would need to refund the customer.
