Dr. Dave is a disbarred chiropractor with no active license he is no shadiest person I have ever met he takes cash upfront months ahead of treatments and then put you in his ancient X-Ray machine nukes you, then yanks on your neck with one of those Y braces. I called the chiropractic board of Arizona and he is not an active member or license holder. He’s practicing chiropracting without a license which is super illegal. Do not go to this charlatan and let him yank on your spinal cord.
Shady is an understatement!!! Found a groupon for an adjustment. called for an appointment, NUMBER DISCONNECTED and Website also is gone. Found 2 different addresses and 2 phone numbers on google. 1 worked but all you could do is leave a message, Eventually spoke w David and he said business is still CLOSED. Was referred to Dr. David by a fellow coworker who spoke highly of him. After booking my first appointment and going in I definitely understand why. He will give you all the information you need to know and will get you healed.
I’ve been to many chiropractors for back pain, but there is none like Dr. David! He was very professional, and extremely thorough in explaining the X-Rays he took. No doctor has ever requested X-Rays before. Then he found my spine was fused in 2 places, and showed me the root cause of my problem, adjusted me, and I haven’t felt this good in…. I have never felt this good! Thank you Dr. David!!!
