I've been working in 3025 Limited Ln NW for almost a year now, and the team at ThunderBay is on top of their stuff. We had a fridge break, Barry and Mackenzie got it fixed ASAP. Our dishwasher broke, the put a new one in within the week. Barry has gone above and beyond taking care of anything that has come up. These are good people. Thank you for what you all do.

Looking for the right office space was a real pain until we found a space provided by Thunder Bay Management. Two individuals, Barry Brown and Mackenzie McNeal, made us feel welcome and have gone out of their way to make us feel welcome. The price was fair and the facilities are wonderful. I have worked with Thunder Bay for 4 years as a tenant and I have been extremely happy with the quality of supervision that they offer. They have always been prompt in responding to concerns, there is always someone available to speak to if we have questions, and I feel that they have always resolved issues in a fair way. The property is maintained very nicely, and I’m especially happy that they are careful about safety when the walkways and parking lot get icy. Every experience I’ve had with ThunderBay has been excellent. This company is run by professionals and it comes through with every interaction. The building is extremely well-maintained thanks to Barry and Mackenzie who are a pleasure to work with. I couldn’t recommend ThunderBay enough. 5/5.
