I am so glad I chose Thunder Hearing for my hearing aids. Lisa had a friendly demeanor and I felt comfortable within minutes. She was knowledgeable and a good communicator. She administered the hearing evaluation and explained my choices. When she fit my hearing aids a few weeks later, she took lots of time to explain things and showed me how to use the app on my phone.
