Thunder Alley was recommended to me by two friends that are customers. The owner, Scott Sr., came to my house to pick up my bike even though they were super busy. They discovered the problems and fixed my bike with a full service days before I expected it to be done. I met Scotty Jr. when I came to pick up the bike and he went over and above to answer my questions and talk through parts that I needed to add to the bike.
